One of your students missed a quiz because they overslept and mentioned that they were unaware of a quiz happening on that day. They blamed you for not announcing it during the studio session last week. What do you do?

• Tell them too bad too sad, they'll just get a 0 for that quiz.

• Understand their situation and inform the core team to give them another chance at the quiz.

• Inform them that all quiz dates and deadlines are on Canvas and they should take ownership of their own course schedules.

• Quizzes are not your responsibility, push all queries to the profs / SLs / core team.
