In your own words, what is RECYCLE?

Food can have different type of content:

• Sugar, Fat and Minerals.

• Vitamins and Minerals, carbohydrates, protein.

• Vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates.

• Rice, meat and cheese.

Beef, chicken meat, fish meat, and pork meat are examples of:

• Fat

• Protein

• Vitamins

• Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are useful for the body because they:

• Help the body grow and heal

• Help the body get fat

• Contain vitamins and minerals

• Provide energy to the body.

Draw one example of UNHEALTHY food

Some examples of Healthy Eating Habit is:

• Washing the hands before eating, washing the food before eating, and not eating in the bed.

• Eating in the bed, use the computer while eating.

• Eating proteins, vitamins and eating in the bed.

• Eating fruits and vegetables. Do not forget to eat sugar and fat too.

Having a balanced diet implies three things:

• -Washing the food before eating

  -Washing the hands before eating

  -Eat more than three times per day.

• -Eating vitamins, minerals and proteins.

• -Eating a lot of times during the day

  -Eating in your bed

  -Wash your hands before eating.

• -Eating appropriate portions

  -The way of eating

  -Having good hygiene

Washing the vegetables and fruits is important because:

• Some of they grow in the ground and they can be covered in soil. So they can have bacteria on them.

• It makes them look shinier and more apetizing.

• They do not grow in the ground and they cannot be covered in soil. So they cannot have bacteria on them.

• They can be covered in wax.
