Port Consultative Committee, consisting of

• Chairman, General Manager, other person appoint by Minister

• Chairman, Manager, other person appoint by Minister

• Leader, General Manager, other person appoint by Minister

• Chairman, General Manager, other person appoint by leader

The authority may consult the PCC on any matter concerning the port, and consult the said Committee upon the following-

• changes, major scheme, other matter which required by the Minister

• changes that required by Minister

• substantial alteration, major scheme, other matter required by the Minister

• major and minor changes scheme required by PCC

The security force shall consist of such persons as may be appointed under subsection 13(1) and have the power to

• arrest with warrant

• check premises with warrant

• arrest without warrant

• check premises without warrant

• specialized with pump and nozzle for fight shoreline and shipboard danger

• specialized with pump and nozzles for fighting shoreline and shipboard fire
