Form of biotherapy that uses certain parts of the immune system to fight diseases.

      Collection of antibodies which can be isolated from donated blood provided by other individual.

Plays an important role in the first line of defense against viral infection.

   Added to many vaccines to increase immunogenicity and efficacy.

Derived from blood of animals or individuals who have been exposed to a given antigen.

An example of antisera that is derived from an animal presumably a horse which has been injected with snake venom.

Get antibodies from the spleen of the mouse and then add to the human cancerous myeloma cell.

10x much smaller than mabs and penetrate into tissues more easily. Much more effective and less time consuming.
