• F3 for Filter or just click on “Filter”

• Leave a CLEAR and CONCISE comment and end the call

What do we need to schedule a meeting with a candidate?

• If a Fronter profile: English is not a requirement

• At least 1 year of experience in their field (formal experience)

• At least 1 year of experience in remote job (formal experience)

• If a Backer profile: English is needed

• Needs to be based in LATAM

Why don´t we contact people on the pipeline?

• Bacause they belong to another TAA/TAS.

• Because it means that they are already in the process. 

• Because that candidate is being assigned to a project.

• Because that candidate is not a Bairesdev fit.
