To change font typeface

• Click the arrow next to the font name and choose a font

• Click the arrow next to the font size and choose the size

• Remember that you can preview how the new font will look by Highlighting the text and hovering over the new font typeface

• Select the text and click the colors

To change font Size

• Click the arrow next to the font name and choose a font

• Click the arrow next to the font size and choose the size

• Or click the increase or decrease font size buttons

• Select the text and click the colors

Font Styles and Effects include:

• Bold

• Italic

• Underline, Text Shadow

• Strikethrough

• Copy and Paste

To add font Styles and Effects to text

• Select the text and click font styles

• Or select the text and right click to display the Font Tools

• Click text direction

• Click the Insert Tab

To change the text color

• Select the text and click font styles

• Or highlight the text and right click and choose the color

• Select the text and click the colors button

• Or select the color by clicking the down arrow next to the font color button

To Apply WordArt Styles

• Select the text

• Then click insert tab

• Then click the Word Art button from the Text Group

• Finally, choose the WordArt

• Click the selection

To modify the styles of WordArt Click

To change paragraph aligment

• Click Home Tab

• §  Choose the appropriate button for alignment on the Paragraph Group.

• Then click the Word Art button from the Text Group

• Finally, choose the WordArt

• Click the selection

the text is aligned with your left margin is

• Align Left

• Center

• Justify

• Align Right

Aligns text with the right margin is

• Align Left

• Center

• Justify

• Align Right
