We have two lives. we breathe and eat to have natural life. What gives us supernatural life?

• Sacramental Grace

• Sanctifying Grace

• Actual Grace

The Sacraments are efficacious. Does this mean we always receive the grace of the Sacrament?

• We will receive the grace as long as we have the proper disposition

• We only receive grace if we are worthy

• We always receive the grace of the Sacrament no matter what

The Church's Liturgy does what in regard to the Paschal Mystery?

• We redeem ourselves
