Library Rules

Where do you return your library books?

• The libarary!

• Put in the book bin in the morning, so someone can take them to the library during announcements.

• Classroom Teacher!

How many books can you check out?

• K-3 =1

  4-5=2

• 1 book

• As many as you want

When walking to and from the library there is no expected way to walk.

• True, just be quiet!

• True, just get there on time.

• False, single file second tile-with a bubble in your mouth.

• False, quickly and quietly.

When coming to the library what doors to I enter in, and exit out?

• Doesn't matter, just pick one.

• Enter in the doors by the restrooms, and exit in the second grade hall.

• Enter in the doors in the second grade hall, and exit the doors across from the restrooms.

Restroom rules.

• Go whenever you like.

• Try and go prior to library, and if you have an emergency ask Mrs. Korologos.

• Never go in library always go before and after.

What voice level should you use in the library.

• Whatever voice level you need to be heard.

• Inside voices

• Outside voices

When looking at books and removing them from their space what should you do?

• Memorize the two books that it goes in between.

• Keep your finger in that spot until you are ready to put it back.

• Put your library card there until you put it back on the shelf, or decide you are checking it out.

When you have a substitute in library you should.....

• Do and act however you want.

• Ignor them and their expectations they are not a real teacher.

• Show them the same respect you would show any other teacher, including Mrs. Korologos and your teacher.

Rules are important because....

• You might get a prize if you follow them.

• They create order.

• You can break them.

My class can earn a reward with a substitute if.....

• Everyone is respectful, and we are well behaved and get a good report as a class.

• We have complete attendance.

• If we help the substitute by doing our work, and calling out others who are being disrespectful.
