What is a "right"? Think about it in terms of how it applies to a person in the workplace.

What is an "employee"?

• This is the person who you work for- your boss.

What is an "employer"?

• This is somebody who pays you to work for them, like a boss.

• This is somebody who gets paid to work for someone else.
