Most cases of avian influenza in humans have resulted from contact with infected poultry or surfaces contaminated with excretions from infected birds. 7. Crocodiles have longer, pointier snouts; alligators have shorter, more rounded snouts. When an alligator has its mouth shut, you won’t see any of its teeth.
