P - The small words used in place of nouns that mean particular people

E - language that makes your audience or reader feel a strong emotion, (anger, sympathy, pity etc).

R - a question asked for dramatic effect, rather than to get an answer.

S - The use of facts, specifically those containing numbers and data.

Bonus - this technique is when you repeat a few words or short phrase for effect, usually at the beginning of sentences.

U - when we use someone in a position of power or expertise to support an argument.

A - The repetition of the same consonant sound at the beginning of words, for emphasis.
