Where should you keep all electronics during PE? (airpods/phones etc)

• In your pocket or in you ears

• In your backpack (off) or locker once we start dressing out

What is one of our goals in PE?

• Run the mile everyday

• introduce you to a variety of activities to become and remain physically active for a lifetime

• everyone does 100 push ups in the fitness test

What type of shoes are required for PE?

• Solid Navy Blue 6" in seam

• Spandex

• Shorts rolled up 3-4 times

What expectations will help you pass PE?

• Dress out, attend class/participate, appropriate behavior

• dominate every tournament, yell at classmates, argue with teachers

• run a 6:00 min mile, bench press 200lbs, bring your teacher treats

How many minutes of outside physical activity must you do per day to excuse an absence?

• 15 mins

• 30 mins
