HELP. Sometimes, I get very angry. I don’t mean to but when something ticks me off, this angry feeling bubbles up inside me and when I can’t take it anymore, I just burst! It’s got me and the people around me into big trouble. Sometimes, when someone I care about is trying to help me work through these feelings, I get really mad and take out my anger on them.
