• The unit was received at GSC and assigned to an agent, but repairs hasn't begun yet.

• A part has either been ordered or is waiting to be delivered to the agent working on the unit.

What does the status Received means in NOVA?

• Device has been shipped to or from GSC and has been received

• The client received the item in their house

What does Extended Testing mean in NOVA?

• That we haven't finished

• That a part has been ordered but has no ETE

What does the status Complete mean in NOVA?

• Have no idea

• That the repair has been completed.

• That you can go home
