How to write a letter of application

What do we write at the beginning of a letter of application if we do not know the addressee?

I have to divide the main part of the text into 3-4 ...

What do you write in the first paragraph?

• your qualifications

• your work experience

• your interests

• what the job/position is, how you found out about it
