There are many ways to avoid procrastination. One way is to break your work into manageable chunks of time. Begin by making a list of all the tasks you’d like to complete. Set an alarm for 30-45 minutes and begin the first task. When the alarm goes off, take a 10-minute break to stretch, surf the internet, etc.—even if you haven’t finished. Then, go back to work for another 45 minutes. Working in chunks of time helps you put off time-wasting activities to stay focused on achieving a goal.
