(Forget how they are there and other conditions. They cannot escape and neither the trolley can be stopped. Decide!!!

Ethical and Moral Dilemma - (Observe the picture) Imagine you are a surgeon. The situation is that on one side there are five people lying on different ICU beds who require one different vital organ each. On another side there is a patient on the ICU bed who has just suffered a major cardiac arrest and is lying unconscious. The situation is that the person suffering from the heart condition has all 5 vital organs in good conditions which can be given to other five patients and they will survive and live a good life. What would you do as a surgeon? The five patients will die in next ten hours and the cardiac patient will die in twelve hours. (No extra conditions) Decide!!!
