Michelle contacts T-Mobile to change her plan. You're able to fully verify her account. She is the BRP.

She begins to ask you about information in the account.

What can you disclose to Michelle?

• Her PIN or Passcode.

• The SSN on the account.

• Mobile number associated with verified account

• Call & texting detail, including numbers called, dates & times, etc.

Some postpaid accounts do not have SSNs associated with the account.

How should you verify these accounts in ATLAS?

• Enter 1111 as the last four digits of the SSN

• Use OTP procedures and Enter 1111 as the last four digits of the SSN

• Use OTP or biometric verification procedures.

You created a Token for an account, then completed verification using an OTP.

Now you want to see the account in a second system.

What should you do?

• Exit the second system and log in again.

• Generate a new Token.

• Repeat the verification process.
