• Study at the right time because I should study at the time my brain is more productive.

• Have a designated study area because if I study on my bed I may end up taking a nap. The kitchen table or a desk in your bedroom are fine to study - if there are not interruptions.

• Eat properly - it’s difficult to focus when you’re hungry and your brain needs GOOD FOOD to work well.

• Get a good night’s sleep because when you are tired, your brain is not going to process all the information so well.
