• Reserve the transfer by the taxi webside really fast.

• Call to the company, check if we have availability and after that reserve it by the webside.

• Call to the taxi company directly and make a reservation to come ASAP.

• Call PUBLIC or tell them to go by public transport, it is cheap :)

Where can we check the parking price for the conference custumers?

• Always is 350 czk

• Firstly we need to check in Komanda folder and if they have some amount there, charge it.

• For the conference costumers, the parking is FOC (free of charge).

• Coorporate reservation – coming from Expedia.

• Individual reservations which we can do walk in.

• Last minute reservations, cancelations of flights – the airport is calling to check if we have availability to accommodate a group of people in our hotel.

• Pilots and flight attendants that will stay in our hotel – importants VIP clients.

Which colour of company we need to orer the hop on hop off that we see that are already paid by the client? In traces and comments always you have the info.

How are the procedure of this type of the reservations?

• Show them how to go to the hop on hop off bus stop.

• Give them the proper hop on hop off voucher filled by us and send them to the hop on hop off bus stop.

• Ask her if they have some telephone number to make the reservation.

• They should know where they need to go, we don´t know the bus stops.

For the czech people, do we need to ask them to fill the part of: passport/ID, address, city, postal code... ?

• Yes, of course!

• We don't need it.
