What is the definition of liveability?

• Assessment of what a place is like to live in, using particular criteria, for example, environmental quality, crime and safety, education and health provision, access to shops and services, recreational facilities and cultural activities.

• An excessive amount of noise that may make completing activities in a place difficult or impossible.

• The area around the student’s home or school that can be explored in a few hours.

• The organisation of systems such as roads, transport and communication systems that serve an area, country or region.
