Good Health is crucial to everything we do in our everyday lives.
The importance of good health can be clearly seen in how we
function as human beings in the daily tasks that define our
functionality in society. Without good health, we are not able to
reach our individual potential and this can hinder us from our
personal goals in the social environment in which we exist. Being
healthy is a blessing so we must be thankful for it, as individuals we
should do our tasks in order to be healthy.
