After completing Mission: Health students will be able to

Describe two negative consequences of eating too many whoa foods
Categorize foods from each food group into go, slow, and whoa foods
Locate three sources of valid health-related decision
Demonstrate decision making in a health-related decision
Analyze the outcome of a health-related decision.
Determine when an adult is needed in making a health related decision

Establish a baseline of personal health behaviors
Describe two benefits of physical activity
Predict the outcomes of not getting regular physical activity
