The sixth amendment also says that witnesses must face the accused, and the accused is allowed his or her own witnesses and to be represented by a lawyer.
This amendment relates to the fifth with protection to people accused of crime. It states everyone has a right to a speedy trial and impartial jury and to be informed of all charges.
