Hace calor = It is hot. Llueve= It is raining.

Hace Frío = It is cold.

Hace sol = It is sunny. Nieva = It is snowing.

Hace viento = It is windy.​ tiempo = weather

LOOK at these examples: Llueve en la primavera= It rains in the spring.

Hace calor en el verano. It is hot in the summer​

Be aware that the words llueve and nieva do not take hace. They are written by themselves.
