Do you own and use (regularly) a reusable water bottle?

Yes, I love my bottle and use it all the time!

Yes, I own one but I don't really use it all that much.

No, I don't own one.  I prefer plastic single use bottles or I'm H2O intolerant.

​Did you know???

​Bellarmine has committed to eliminating all single use water bottles on its campus. Our food service vendor is supporting this and all departments are working on not utilizing plastic single use water bottles on it as well.

Yup, I'm an expert on what goes in the blue bin.

I don't have a recycle bin in my room or office.

​Did you know???

​Our classroom and office recycle containers can take PAPER and cans ONLY. No plastic, nothing with any food residue on it. Contaminated recycling must go in the trash.

I put my food scraps from my lunch in the compost bins in the Campus Center.

Yes- all my food waste goes into the compost bin in the Campus Center.

No - but I take my food scraps home to compost.

No - I never have food scraps, I subscribe to the clean plate club.

No - the Campus Center is too far away.  I would compost but there's no convenient bin.

​Did you know???

​Currently Bellarmine offers compost bins in the Campus Center. There are efforts to expand the composting program to more areas. Compost accepts a LOT of items!

​Bellarmine has over 70 students involved in the Sustainability Representatives - a student led club that works to further sustainability efforts on campus. Ideally, every formation class has at least one Sustainability Rep!
