Picasso's Guernica

Mandala Coloring

Hindu and Buddists believe everything is connected and mandala's are circles that represent this. A lot of kids (and adults) will color and while they color think about their feelings and feel more calm.

Worry Stones

Native Americans and Greek cultures started to use worry stones. Smooth stones found on beaches (why are they smooth?) could be carried in pockets and rubbed when someone felt uneasy.

Kind of like the first fidget spinner.
