Is Africa in the western part of the world or the east or south and even north? Well, what most people don't know is that Originally Answered: Is Africa considered Western or Eastern? In a word, neither. North Africa is strongly associated with the Middle East, but the term “Eastern” when used on its own usually refers to East Asia and maybe also the Indian subcontinent.
