Hook up

to connect wires from machines to a power source or other machines (conectar)

Turn on / power up

provide power to a machine (encender)

Turn off / shut down

end a session on the computer by closing an application or removing power (apagar)

Log in / sign in

connect to a computer using a username and password (iniciar sesión)

Click on

move a mouse over an item and press to select (dar clic)

Run a program:

to execute a program (ejecutar un programa)

Scroll up / down:

to move slowly to the top or bottom of a text (desplazar hacia arriba/ abajo)
