A test to measure aerobic endurance by covering 1.5 miles as fast as possible.

A tool for creating an effective workout plan: Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type.

What are the benefits of cardiovascular exercise?

Strengthens the heart, improves circulation, manages cholesterol, aids in weight management, boosts mood and mental health.

What is the Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE)?

A scale to gauge workout intensity, ranging from 6 (no exertion) to 20 (maximal exertion).

What is the target heart rate zone?

The range your heart rate should be in during exercise to get the most benefit, typically 50-85% of your maximum heart rate.
