How do I email my teachers?

When you enrolled you got a list of emails for ALL the Furman Staff. Email addresses are also available on MUSD website under STAFF Furman High School.

How come I never seem to know what’s going on?

Why did the bell times change from last year to this year?

We added an extra period this year to help students earn all the credits they need.

Sometimes classes have to be shifted around to keep the number of students consistent.

What if I want to switch all my classes to a different day?

If the switch is needed in order for you to be able to get to school and a parent requests it, yes.

Can I come more days than I am scheduled?

You can come for extra help if you plan it with your teacher, and you do not need a schedule change to do so. And you are expected to be in a classroom doing work whenever you are on campus.

How will I know what work to do? And how do I turn it in?

Most teachers use Google Classroom to show you assignments and announcements-even though you might do the actual work on other sites like Edgenuity, Wayground, and Actively Learn.

My schedule says I have 7th period Study Skills, but there is not a 7th period; and it says I have to do the work at home. How does that work?

Study Skills is part of MATH. You need to take notes and turn them in to your Math teacher. Check with them and/or their Google Classroom.
