The Atatürk House Museum is the house of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and first president of Türkiye, in Thessaloniki, where he was born in 1881 and which is now used as a museum. The Municipality of Thessaloniki decided to buy the house in 1933 on the occasion of the anniversary of the foundation of Turkey and gift it to Mustafa Kemal Pasha; the purchase process was completed and the house was gifted in 1937 and opened as a museum in 1953.

It is one of the Ottoman period mosques built in the 15th century. It was built by İshak Paşa in 1484. It was also used as a mosque, hospice, soup kitchen and madrasah. The Roman Forum of Thessaloniki is the ancient Roman forum of the city, located above Aristotle Square.
The forum complex also includes two Roman baths, one excavated and the other buried under the city, and a small theatre that was also used for gladiatorial games. Although the original complex was not built in Roman times, it was extensively renovated in the 2nd century. It is thought that the forum and theatre continued to be used until the 6th century.
