I was invited to a private historic Victorian homestead called ‘Coombing Park’ at Carcoar in central west NSW, and saw the signature of Charles Darwin in the visitors book dated around February 1836. I also worked at the NSW Police Dignitary Protection Unit and was a personal protection officer to Prime Minister John Howard intermittently between 1999 to 2003.
