Here are some reasons why wearing a mask is important. Firstly, the virus attacks the respiratory system. That’s why we need to cover our nose and mouth by using masks so that we are safe from potential be exposure risk from an infected person whether they have symptoms or not. Secondly, masks help cover our sneezes and coughs. That way, we don’t only protect ourselves but also we take responsibilities of other people’s health and safety. Wearing masks fulfill our responsibilities to ourselves and others so that bad things won’t happen to all of us. That’s why wearing a mask is important.
