CREAC is different than IRAC. CREAC requires you to provide an example using a case to give the reader a deeper dive into how the rule works. Then you compare and contrast that case illustration with your facts in your application.

Too many details are distracting from the story. Focus on what the client needs to know and then work backwards. Each sentence is coming from case law and needs a citation. Ch 7 recommends blurring the details to make it easier to see what is important so the reader doesn't get lost in the details.
