From the Academic Intake Assessment, basic info is gathered such as, name​ and schooling information. As well as info that can indicate

the need of special or extra support in some areas such as a language barrier, reading comprehension and/or math skills.

ORR Intakes places youth in the program and provides relevant information (Special needs, Medical needs, No additional needs)

Youth arrives and begins the intake process at the program. Child is first screened by medical during the intake process. If clinical places the child in an in care safety plan, education will follow in care safety plan as necessary.
